CFN Grant Criteria

Since 2016, ReMain’s grant-making for nonprofits has been offered through the Community Foundation for Nantucket. The ReMain Nantucket Fund is a resource for mission-based charitable activity for local nonprofits who share our vision for a vital and sustainable downtown community.

In 2020, the criteria were updated to enhance downtown programming, encourage stronger organizational development and leadership, and support environmental sustainability. Additionally, the Cultural District Community Engagement Program offers downtown meeting space stipends as a way to generate business to non-profit collaborations, and bring more meetings and activities to the downtown.
